Shipping policy

  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, 2-5 days business days will it take to get it ready to ship? Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day).
  • Domestic and international shipping options. We do Shipping to all Puerto Rico and the United States. 
  • Shipping costs. It will depend on the USPS price by the time and of the weight and the size of the package. We will sent you a message with the shipping price of the items you purchase. 
  • Local options. We offer buy online, pick up in-store, We will received your order and when it's done we will send you a message thats is ready. We will give you a phone number to call so when you're like 3 minutes from the store call us and we will give your order. 
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations. We have a link of the return policy. We do not refund money, it can be an exchange or a credit to the store.
  • Potential service interruptions. 
  • Order tracking details. After you made your order to your email you will be receiving your tracking number, you will be responsible of tracking your package. Most of the package arrived to their destination 5 to 7 business days.
